In our bookkeeping packages, we don't just take away the hassle of your bookkeeping. We do a lot more than that; essentially, we help you manage your finances virtually. No, we feel quite strongly about this as we don't like to provide clients with surprise bills. It's awkward for them and awkward for us.
We have migrated away from hourly to value pricing. We provide a menu of options (typically three) and the price is 100% customized to you and your business.
We continue to receive excellent feedback from prospective and current clients with our pricing process. They feel comfortable with the price and ultimately it provides even more transparency with what they're purchasing in the short- or long-term.
The only instance you will be billed hourly is if we are supporting you through an audit.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, clients who have catchup and/or cleanup needs are also presented with the pricing for our weekly/quarterly bookkeeping services. The reason for this is because we certainly do not want you to remain perpetually behind.
While we catch up and/or clean up your books, it is best that we also simultaneously take care of your current data. Along the way, we share recommendations and important tweaks we need to make to your current data in order to make your business more streamlined and easier to run.
Absolutely not! You may terminate the business relationship with us at any time.
Our only request is that you provide at least 30 days' written notice to us. This way, we have adequate time to complete any projects that are in progress.
We do not file personal or corporate taxes. We also do not provide bookkeeping training.
Saying this, however, we do file sales tax returns (GST/HST, PST) and WorkSafe returns. We also provide cloud accounting software training (QBO, Xero, Dext, Plooto, Wagepoint).
Yes, definitely! In fact, this is one of our favourite services to provide, as it is such a game changer for so many businesses. We've witnessed this firsthand. And if you are curious about cloud (online) accounting software, we trust and partner with QBO and Xero, exclusively. There are other options out there, but we find that they do not fulfill our clients' needs long-term.
Before we proceed with the cloud setup or migration, please be advised that we do a brief software assessment. This is to ensure that the software will be a great fit for your business, not just now but in the future.
We have over 10 years of experience migrating data to QuickBooks Online. And if QBO isn't the best solution for you, we will migrate you to Xero.
