This is why Stelex Solutions was born.
Time and time again, business owners have been let down by bookkeepers (and accountants!) who claimed they knew what they were doing. They said they were skilled. They claimed they were proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc. After our initial chat with a prospective client, we do a comprehensive audit/diagnostic review of the file.
Our diagnostic review always reveals a lot. The main thing it tells us is that business owners are not getting high quality reporting and in turn are not receiving valuable business advice. They are unable to make confident business decisions.
We're here to change that.
