Have you ever looked at multiple quotes side by side and wondered:

Well, it all begins with our intake form. Then in our Discovery & Goal Setting call you will have the opportunity to share with us how your business started, your future goals, we will brainstorm growth plans together, and much more. This is one of our favourite parts of the client onboarding journey! Not only does it give us incredible insight into who you are and what you and your business does, but it also allows us to use this information to create your customized bookkeeping package.

Plus, once we receive temporary View Only access to your financial records we will perform a Diagnostic Review. Essentially, this is like an audit, a health check of your file. It is a very comprehensive assessment; we review 20 areas of your file. This service is valued at $250, but right now it is no cost to you and can be applied as a credit to any of our services.

On the secondary (final) call, our Business Strategy - Diagnostic Review & Pricing call, we discuss our findings from the Diagnostic Review with you and then present your customized package options, completely unique to you and your business.

After this, we will discuss next steps on how to move forward and what it looks like to work with us.

Are the packages completely customized?

Yes, they are 100% customized to you and your business. We recognize that you are a unique individual with special gifts and talents. And your business is also unique and is a genuine extension of you.

This is one of the main reasons we do value pricing (and also why we are so passionate about it!). We provide you with three fixed packages that reflect what you and your business are looking for in order to best see how we can help you!

Once we are on the secondary call, the Diagnostic Review & Pricing, there are ways for you to positively influence (reduce) the price. Basically, it's another way for you to customize it!

How do you develop my custom package?

We love sharing some behind the scenes info! After our initial call, the Discovery & Goal Setting, we reflect on the information you shared and input that into our pricing software.

Another way we customize your package is we do an audit/diagnostic review of your file. Information like transaction volume, gross annual sales, etc. will influence and determine your pricing as well.

What happens to my package as my business shifts?

Such a great question, and one we get a lot! When we build the three-tiered packages, this price is locked in for the next 12 months. We review your pricing each year but rest assured that you will also receive a comprehensive Scope of Work document outlining what you are purchasing.

If your business shifts in the sense that you are either:

  1. growing year over year; or

  2. the scope changes

We alert you to this ahead of time and we chat about the revised price aka there are no surprises—you will always be given the heads up!
